You can search for the product you need in our catalog or by writing a free text in the search bar at the top right of the home page. The products are divided into three sections: Women, Men and Children, as well as by product categories (for example: sneakers, pumps, accessories, etc.). Once on the page of the product you are interested in, the purchase can be made by selecting the size and adding the item to the cart.
On the Bata Ireland website you can pay by PayPal (this method will automatically redirect you to the payment page of the Paypal website), Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit/debit card, Google Pay, Klarna, Apple Pay.
The site is equipped with a protection system. Your bank details are encrypted and protected using SSL encryption to ensure absolute confidentiality. Your bank details will not be accessible to third parties on the Internet. You must therefore enter your bank card number for each new order.
If your order has not been completed, this means that the item is not available, contact us by e-mail we will do an exhaustive search and keep you informed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
You can have your order shipped within Ireland directly to your home by mail at a cost of €9.00 or free of charge for orders over €60.00.
Delivery of the products will be made within 2-5 working days from the date of confirmation of the availability of the items exclusively on Portuguese territory.
You can track the shipment in the My Orders section by entering the order number and your email.
The courier will make a single delivery attempt; if you are absent, the package will be returned to the nearest collection point. If there is no collection point within a 10 km radius, a new delivery attempt will be made the next day. In case of absence, you will be notified by email or text message. The goods are shipped from our Bata stores directly from Italy. If the requested items are not available in the same store, they will be shipped from different stores, at no additional cost to you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The products must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 working days. This period also depends on your bank and the payment method used.
